Hourly pay-as-you go rates are $35 USD per hour; one hour minimum. For custom design services, a one-time set up fee may apply. Office supplies such as copy paper and printer ink are included in the hourly rate. This does not include bulk mailing or bulk printing.
Retainer plans are month-to-month pre-paid packages. They are available for clients who would like to reserve and commit to a certain number of hours per month. Retainer fees are at a discounted hourly rate. Under a retainer plan, any additional hours needed are billed at the same discounted rate. Retainer plans range from 5 - 40 hours per month. Payment is made in advance each month and unused time does not roll over to the next month.

Non-retainer Clients are billed bi-monthly and may make payment by credit card, PayPal or check. For your convenience, online credit card payments are accepted. Services are billed in 1/4 hour increments. Expenses (such as bulk mailing and printing) are billed separately.
